1. 특허공법 등 특수한 기술에 의하여 행하여지는 터널ㆍ댐ㆍ교량 등 대형공사로서 분리하여 도급계약을 체결하여서는 하자책임구분이 명확하지 아니하거나 하나의 목적물을 완성할 수 없는 경우
