Enforcement Decree of the Information and Communications Works Business Act, Article 24-3 (Entrustment of Research and Survey Duties)

① 법 제24조의3제3항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 요건을 갖춘 기관 또는 단체"란 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 기관 또는 단체를 말한다. <개정 2021.1.5>

1. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관 또는 단체일 것

1. It잇 shall섈 be비 an앤 institution인스티투션 or오 organization오거너제이션 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

가. 「정부출연연구기관 등의 설립ㆍ운영 및 육성에 관한 법률」에 따라 설립된 연구기관

(a)어 A어 research^r리서치 institute인스터툿 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð디 Establishment,이스태블리시먼트 Operation,아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 Fostering^f파스터^r링 of어^v브 Government-Funded거^v버먼트-^f펀디드 Research^r리서치 Institutes인스터툿츠

나. 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교에 설치된 부설연구소

(b)비 An앤 affiliated어^f필리에이티드 research^r리서치 institute인스터툿 established이스태블리시트 at앳 a어 school스쿨 under언더 Article아터클 2 of어^v브 the^ð더 Higher하이어 Education에저케이션 Act액트

다. 「민법」 제32조에 따른 비영리법인

(c)시 A어 non-profit난-프^r라^f핏 corporation코퍼^r레이션 under언더 Article아터클 32 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트

2. 다음 각 목의 요건을 모두 갖출 것

나. 정보통신공사비 산정 경험이 있는 인력을 보유할 것

다. 공사업 관련 산업계ㆍ학계와의 협조체계를 운영할 것

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제24조의3제3항에 따라 연구ㆍ조사 업무를 위탁한 경우 위탁받은 기관 또는 단체와 위탁업무의 내용을 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
