정당법 제47조(해산공고 등)

제45조(자진해산)의 신고가 있거나 헌법재판소의 해산결정의 통지나 중앙당 또는 그 창당준비위원회의 시ㆍ도당 창당승인의 취소통지가 있는 때에는 당해 선거관리위원회는 그 정당의 등록을 말소하고 지체 없이 그 뜻을 공고하여야 한다.
