접경지역 지원 특별법 제6조(발전종합계획의 수립을 위한 기초조사)

① 행정안전부장관은 발전종합계획을 수립하거나 변경하려는 경우에는 접경지역의 인구, 경제, 사회, 문화, 환경, 토지 이용, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 조사하거나 측량할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 행정안전부장관은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장에게 제1항에 따른 조사 또는 측량에 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
