접경지역 지원 특별법 제3조(다른 법률과의 관계)

이 법은 접경지역의 이용ㆍ개발과 보전에 관하여 다른 법률에 우선하여 적용한다. 다만, 「국토기본법」, 「수도권정비계획법」과 「군사기지 및 군사시설 보호법」은 그러하지 아니하다.
