전파법 제84조(벌칙)

1. 제19조제1항에 따른 허가를 받지 아니하거나 제19조의2제1항에 따른 신고를 하지 아니하고 같은 항 제3호 및 제4호의 무선국을 개설하거나 운용한 자

2. 제41조제3항에 따른 승인을 받지 아니하고 위성주파수이용권의 전부 또는 일부를 양도ㆍ양수 또는 임대ㆍ임차하거나 위성주파수등의 이용을 중단한 자

3. 제42조의2제1항에 따른 승인을 받지 아니하고 우주국 무선설비의 전부나 일부를 양도ㆍ양수하거나 임대ㆍ임차(무선설비를 위탁운용하거나 다른 자와 공동으로 사용하는 경우를 포함한다)한 자

4. 제58조제1항에 따른 허가를 받지 아니하고 같은 항 제2호에 따른 통신설비를 설치하거나 운용한 자

5. 제58조의2제2항, 제3항 및 제9항에 따른 적합성평가를 받지 아니한 기자재를 판매하거나 판매할 목적으로 제조ㆍ수입한 자

6. 제58조의10제1항을 위반하여 적합성평가를 받은 기자재를 복제ㆍ개조 또는 변조한 자
