전통시장 및 상점가 육성을 위한 특별법 제68조(시장관리자의 지정 취소)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제67조제1항에 따라 지정된 시장관리자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소하여야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따라 시장관리자 지정을 취소하려는 경우에는 청문을 하여야 한다.

③ 시장관리자 지정의 취소 절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 조례로 정한다.
