전통사찰의 보존 및 지원에 관한 법률 제13조(전통사찰보존지의 보호)

①전통사찰보존지에 대하여 다른 법률에 따른 수용ㆍ사용 또는 제한의 처분을 하려는 자는 미리 문화체육관광부장관의 동의를 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2012.2.17>

②문화체육관광부장관은 제1항에 따른 동의를 하려면 전통사찰이 속한 단체 대표자(속한 단체가 없는 경우에는 전통사찰의 주지)와 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2012.2.17>
