전자조달의 이용 및 촉진에 관한 법률 제13조(전자조달시스템을 이용한 계약 체결의 요청)

수요기관의 장은 「조달사업에 관한 법률」에 따라 조달청장에게 조달물자의 구매ㆍ공급 계약 또는 시설공사 계약의 체결을 요청하려는 경우에는 전자조달시스템을 이용하여야 한다. 다만, 천재지변이나 전산장애 등으로 인한 불가피한 사유가 발생한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
