전자정부법 시행령 제63조(정보자원의 보급에 따른 비용 청구)

법 제51조제4항에 따라 우수한 정보자원을 개발하여 보급하는 기관이 이를 보급받는 개별 기관에 대하여 청구할 수 있는 비용은 「소프트웨어 진흥법」 제46조에 따른 소프트웨어사업의 대가기준에 따라 산정한 시스템개발비의 100분의 5 이하로 한다. 다만, 보급기관과 보급받는 기관의 회계가 동일한 경우에는 무상으로 한다. <개정 2020.12.8>
