Enforcement Decree of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, Article 21 (Applications for Cancellation of Registration)

①법 제34조제1항에 따라 등록의 말소를 신청하려는 자는 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 바에 따라 이용자 보호조치를 마친 후, 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재한 등록말소신청서를 금융위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2012.5.7>
