전사ㆍ순직한 진급예정자의 진급에 관한 특별법 제4조(진급신청)

전사ㆍ순직진급예정자의 유족은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관계 증빙서류를 첨부하여 서면으로 국방부장관에게 진급을 신청(이하 "진급신청"이라 한다)할 수 있다.
