전사ㆍ순직한 진급예정자의 진급에 관한 특별법 제2조(정의)

1. "전사ㆍ순직진급예정자"란 「군인사법」 제31조에 따라 공표된 진급예정자 중 2001년 9월 1일 이후 2011년 3월 28일 이전에 사망하여 같은 법 제54조의2에 따라 전사자 또는 순직자로 구분된 사람을 말한다.

2. "유족"이란 전사ㆍ순직진급예정자의 배우자, 직계비속, 직계존속 또는 형제자매를 말한다.
