전사ㆍ순직한 진급예정자의 진급에 관한 특별법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 2001년 9월 1일 이후 2011년 3월 28일 이전에 전사ㆍ순직한 진급예정자의 진급에 관하여 「군인사법」에 대한 특례를 규정함을 목적으로 한다.
