Special Act on the Establishment of Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province and the Creation of a Global Bio-Economy City, Article 12 (Establishment, etc. of the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Support Committee)

① 전북자치도의 원활한 출범을 지원하고 전북자치도가 실질적 지방분권 및 지역 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있도록 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 국무총리 소속으로 전북특별자치도 지원위원회(이하 "지원위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. 이 경우 지원위원회는 필요한 경우에는 법률로 정하는 바에 따라 유사한 성격의 다른 위원회와 통합하여 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

③ 지원위원회 위원장은 국무총리가 되고, 위원은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 관계 지방자치단체의 장 및 도시개발과 지방자치에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 국무총리가 임명하거나 위촉한다.
