전북특별자치도 설치 및 글로벌생명경제도시 조성을 위한 특별법 제109조(사회협약)

① 도지사는 자율과 합의로 정책의 기본방향을 결정하고 사회문제를 해결하기 위하여 분야별로 사회협약이 체결될 수 있도록 지원하여야 한다.

② 도지사는 제1항에 따른 분야별 사회협약의 체결과 관련된 다음 각 호의 사항에 대한 의견을 듣기 위하여 도조례로 정하는 바에 따라 사회협약위원회를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

③ 사회협약을 체결할 때 예산이 수반되거나 주민의 권리제한, 의무부과와 관련된 사안은 도지사의 의견을 들어야 한다.

④ 사회협약위원회의 위원장은 사회협약이 체결되거나 사회협약위원회가 중재한 사항에 대해서는 도지사에게 그 이행을 권고할 수 있다.
