전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제94조(비밀유지 및 신분보장)

① 감사위원회의 공무원이 아닌 감사위원 및 제91조제5항에 따라 감사에 참여한 사람 중 공무원이 아닌 사람은 재직 중은 물론 퇴직 후에도 직무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하여서는 아니 된다.

② 감사위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 임기 안에 본인의 의사에 반하여 면직되거나 해촉되지 아니한다.

③ 감사위원이 제2항제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 감사위원회의 재적위원 3분의 2 이상의 의결을 거쳐 통합특별시장이 면직하거나 해촉한다. 다만, 감사위원장의 경우에는 통합특별시의회의 동의를 받아야 한다.
