전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제357조(관광산업의 육성과 진흥)

① 국가는 통합특별시가 자율적으로 관광정책을 시행할 수 있도록 관련 법령의 정비를 추진하여야 하며 관광진흥과 관련된 계획을 수립하고 사업을 시행할 경우 통합특별시의 관광진흥에 관한 사항을 고려하여야 한다.

② 통합특별시는 자율과 책임에 따라 지역의 관광여건을 조성하고 관광자원을 개발하며 관광산업을 육성함으로써 국가의 관광진흥에 이바지하여야 한다.
