전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제244조(인공지능집적단지 지정 등에 관한 특례)

① 국가는 통합특별시장이 「인공지능 발전과 신뢰 기반 조성 등에 관한 기본법」 제23조제1항에 따라 추진한 인공지능 및 인공지능기술의 연구ㆍ개발을 수행하는 기업, 기관이나 단체의 기능적ㆍ물리적ㆍ지역적 집적화에 대하여 인공지능집적단지로 지정하고 행정적ㆍ재정적ㆍ기술적 지원을 할 수 있다.

② 국가는 통합특별시장이 조성한 인공지능집적단지를 지역에 효과적으로 정착시키기 위하여 관련 업무를 종합적으로 지원하는 전담기관을 지정할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 State스테잇 may메이 designate데저그네잇 a어 dedicated데더케이티드 institution인스티투션 to투 comprehensively캄프^r리헨시^v블리 support서포트 related^r릴레이티드 work,워크 in인 order오더 to투 effectively이^f펙티^v블리 settle세틀 in인 the^ð더 region^r리전 the^ð디 artificial아터^f피실 intelligence인텔러전스 cluster클러스터 created크^r리에이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Mayor메이어 of어^v브 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City.시티

③ 국가는 제2항의 전담기관 지정 시 통합특별시장이 추천한 기관을 전담기관으로 고려하여야 한다.

④ 국가는 전담기관의 운영 및 사업 수행에 필요한 비용에 전부 또는 일부를 출연하거나 보조할 수 있다.

⑤ 국가는 다른 법률에도 불구하고 인공지능집적단지 내 인공지능데이터센터 조성을 위하여 전력ㆍ용수 등 기반인프라 시설을 수요 발생 이전에 선제적으로 구축할 수 있다.

⑥ 국가는 인공지능집적단지 내 인공지능데이터센터를 구축하고자 하는 자에 대하여 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다.
