전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제243조(국가 인공지능 혁신거점 조성)

① 국가는 대한민국이 글로벌 인공지능 3대 강국으로 도약하기 위한 지속적인 혁신 기반을 마련하기 위하여 인공지능ㆍ에너지 분야의 산업ㆍ기술ㆍ실증 인프라가 집적된 통합특별시를 국가 인공지능 혁신거점으로 조성한다. 이 경우 국가는 통합특별시민의 인공지능 접근성 제고 및 활용 역량 강화를 위한 교육ㆍ체험ㆍ공공서비스 확대를 지원할 수 있다.
