전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제234조(산업단지 주변 완충녹지 내 신ㆍ재생에너지 설비 설치 특례)

「도시공원 및 녹지 등에 관한 법률」 제38조에 따라 통합특별시장은 해당 녹지의 설치 목적을 저해하지 아니하는 범위에서 산업단지 주변 완충녹지에 신ㆍ재생에너지 설비를 설치하거나 설치를 허가할 수 있다.
