전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제213조(「출입국관리법」에 관한 특례)

법무부장관은 「출입국관리법」 제8조 및 제10조에도 불구하고 통합특별시 관할구역 내 대통령령으로 정하는 지구ㆍ단지에 입주한 연구기관ㆍ기업 등에 근무하는 외국인에 대한 사증 발급의 절차와 1회에 부여할 수 있는 체류자격별 체류기간 상한을 달리 정할 수 있다.
