전기안전관리법 시행령 제11조(전기안전관리업무를 전문으로 하는 자 등의 등록 등)

① 법 제22조제2항제1호 및 제2호에서 "자본금, 기술인력, 장비 등 대통령령으로 정하는 요건"이란 별표 2의 요건을 말한다.

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제26조제1항제1호 및 제2호에 따라 법 제22조제2항제1호 및 제2호에 따른 전기안전관리업무를 위탁받으려는 자의 등록 신청이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 등록해 주어야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

④ 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제26조제1항제3호에 따라 법 제22조제3항제2호에 따른 전기안전관리대행사업자로서 전기안전관리업무를 대행하려는 자의 등록 신청이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 등록해 주어야 한다.

⑤ 법 제22조제3항제3호에 따라 전기안전관리업무를 대행하려는 자는 「국가기술자격법」에 따른 전기분야의 전기산업기사 이상의 자격이 있는 사람으로서 별표 4의 장비를 갖춘 사람이어야 한다.

⑥ 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제26조제1항제4호에 따라 법 제22조제3항제3호에 따른 자로서 안전관리업무를 대행하려는 자의 등록 신청이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 등록을 해 주어야 한다.
