Electric Utility Act, Article 47 (Formulation and Implementation of Plans for Building the Foundation of the Electric Power Industry)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 전력산업의 지속적인 발전과 전력수급의 안정을 위하여 전력산업의 기반조성을 위한 계획(이하 "전력산업기반조성계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
