전기공사공제조합법시행령 제10조의8(임원의 직무)

①이사장은 조합을 대표하고, 조합의 업무를 총괄한다. <개정 2021.1.5>

(1) The^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션

②부이사장은 이사장을 보좌하고, 정관이 정하는 바에 따라 조합의 업무를 관장한다.

(2) The^ð더 Vice^v바이스 Chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 manage매너지 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

③부이사장외의 상근이사는 이사장과 부이사장을 보좌하고, 정관이 정하는 바에 따라 조합의 업무를 분장한다.

(3) Full-time^f풀-타임 directors더^r렉터즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 Vice^v바이스 Chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 the^ð더 Vice^v바이스 Chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 share셰어 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

④감사는 조합의 재산ㆍ회계 및 업무를 감사하고, 부정한 사실을 발견한 때에는 이를 총회 및 이사회에 각각 보고하여야 한다.

(4) Auditors아더터즈 shall섈 audit오딧 the^ð더 property,프^r라퍼티 accounts,어카운츠 and앤드 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association,어소우시에이션 and앤드 shall섈 report^r리포트 to투 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 and앤드 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 respectively,^r리스펙티^v블리 upon어판 discovering디스커^v버^r링 any에니 irregularity.이^r레귤레^r러티

⑤이사장 및 부이사장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없는 때에는 정관이 정하는 바에 따라 다른 임원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
