저작권법 제58조의2(저작물의 수정증감)

①배타적발행권자가 배타적발행권의 목적인 저작물을 발행등의 방법으로 다시 이용하는 경우에 저작자는 정당한 범위 안에서 그 저작물의 내용을 수정하거나 증감할 수 있다. <개정 2011.12.2>

②배타적발행권자는 배타적발행권의 목적인 저작물을 발행등의 방법으로 다시 이용하고자 하는 경우에 특약이 없는 때에는 그때마다 미리 저작자에게 그 사실을 알려야 한다. <개정 2011.12.2>
