저작권법 제122조의2(한국저작권보호원의 설립)

① 저작권 보호에 관한 사업을 하기 위하여 한국저작권보호원(이하 "보호원"이라 한다)을 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Copyright카피^r라잇 Protection프^r러텍션 Agency에이전시 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Agency")에이전시 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 projects프^r라젝츠 concerning컨서닝 copyright카피^r라잇 protection.프^r러텍션

② 보호원은 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Agency에이전시 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 정부는 보호원의 설립ㆍ시설 및 운영 등에 필요한 경비를 예산의 범위에서 출연 또는 지원할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 may,메이 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 limits리멋츠 of어^v브 its잇츠 budget,버짓 contribute컨트^r리븃 or오 provide프^r러^v바이드 support서포트 for^f포 the^ð디 expenses익스펜시즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 establishment,이스태블리시먼트 facilities,^f퍼실러티즈 operation,아퍼^r레이션 etc.엣세터^r러 of어^v브 the^ð디 Agency.에이전시

④ 보호원에 관하여 이 법과 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」에서 정한 것을 제외하고는 「민법」의 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

(4) Except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 this^ð디스 Act액트 and앤드 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð더 Management매너지먼트 of어^v브 Public퍼블릭 Institutions,인스티투션즈 the^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트 concerning컨서닝 incorporated인코퍼^r레이티드 foundations^f파운데이션즈 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð디 Agency.에이전시

⑤ 이 법에 따른 보호원이 아닌 자는 한국저작권보호원 또는 이와 비슷한 명칭을 사용하지 못한다.
