재외국민보호를 위한 영사조력법 시행령 제11조(인권침해에 대한 시정요구)

① 재외공관의 장은 제8조제2항제3호 및 제10조제3항제2호에 따른 확인 결과 해당 재외국민이 인권침해를 받았다고 주장하는 경우에는 주재국 관계 기관에 사실 확인 요청을 해야 한다.

② 재외공관의 장은 제1항에 따라 주재국 관계 기관으로부터 재외국민에 대한 인권침해 사실을 확인한 경우에는 인권침해를 시정하고 재발을 방지할 것을 요구해야 한다.
