Act on the Promotion of the Development, Use, and Distribution of Renewable Energy, Article 5 (Establishment of Basic Plan)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의를 한 후 제8조에 따른 재생에너지정책심의회의 심의를 거쳐 재생에너지의 기술개발 및 이용ㆍ보급을 촉진하기 위한 기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)을 5년마다 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.1.21, 2025.10.1, 2026.3.17>
