재생에너지 개발ㆍ이용ㆍ보급 촉진법 제11조(사업의 실시)

Act on the Promotion of the Development, Use, and Distribution of Renewable Energy, Article 11 (Implementation of Projects)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 제10조 각 호의 사업을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자와 협약을 맺어 그 사업을 하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2011.3.9, 2013.3.23, 2016.3.22, 2025.1.31, 2025.10.1>

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 하는 기술개발사업 또는 이용ㆍ보급 사업에 드는 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 출연(出捐)할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
