재난적의료비 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제20조(업무의 위탁)

① 공단은 법 제27조제2항에 따라 다음 각 호의 업무를 「금융산업의 구조개선에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호에 따른 금융기관, 「우체국 예금ㆍ보험에 관한 법률」에 따른 체신관서, 법 제20조제1항제5호에 따라 출연 또는 지원한 법인 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다.

② 공단은 제1항에 따라 업무를 위탁한 경우에는 위탁받은 자와 위탁한 업무 내용을 관보에 고시하여야 한다.
