재난적의료비 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조(연체금)

① 공단은 법 제17조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 부당이득금(이하 "부당이득금"이라 한다)의 납부의무자가 납부기한까지 해당 부당이득금을 내지 아니하면 그 납부기한이 지난 날부터 매 1일이 경과할 때마다 체납된 부당이득금의 1천분의 1에 해당하는 금액을 연체금으로 징수한다. 이 경우 연체금은 체납된 부당이득금의 1천분의 30을 넘지 못한다.

② 공단은 부당이득금의 납부의무자가 체납된 부당이득금을 내지 아니하면 납부기한 후 30일이 지난 날부터 매 1일이 경과할 때마다 체납된 부당이득금의 3천분의 1에 해당하는 연체금을 징수한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 연체금의 합은 체납된 부당이득금의 1천분의 90을 넘지 못한다. 이 경우 연체금을 징수하는 때에 10원 미만의 끝수가 있는 경우 10원 미만의 금액은 징수하지 아니한다.

④ 공단은 제1항 및 제2항에도 불구하고 천재지변이나 그 밖에 보건복지부령으로 정하는 부득이한 사유가 있으면 연체금을 징수하지 아니할 수 있다.
