재난안전산업 진흥법 제20조(창업 및 사업화 지원 등)

① 행정안전부장관은 재난안전산업분야 일자리 창출 및 창업 촉진과 창업자의 성장ㆍ발전을 위하여 예산의 범위에서 필요한 비용 등을 지원할 수 있다.

② 행정안전부장관은 재난안전산업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 재난안전기술 및 재난안전제품의 사업화(개발된 기술을 이용하여 제품ㆍ서비스를 개발ㆍ생산 및 판매하거나 개발된 제품ㆍ서비스를 보급하는 것을 말한다. 이하 같다)를 촉진하기 위하여 재난안전사업자에게 예산의 범위에서 필요한 비용 등을 지원할 수 있다.
