장애인고용촉진 및 직업재활법 제33조의2(신용카드등으로 하는 부담금등의 납부)

① 부담금과 이 법에 따른 그 밖의 징수금(이하 이 조에서 "부담금등"이라 한다)의 납부 의무자는 부담금등의 납부를 대행할 수 있도록 대통령령으로 정하는 신용카드회사 등(이하 이 조에서 "부담금등납부대행기관"이라 한다)을 통하여 신용카드, 직불카드 등(이하 이 조에서 "신용카드등"이라 한다)으로 부담금등을 납부할 수 있다.

② 신용카드등으로 부담금등을 납부하는 경우에는 부담금등납부대행기관의 승인일을 부담금등의 납부일로 본다.

③ 부담금등납부대행기관은 납부 의무자로부터 신용카드등에 의한 부담금등의 납부대행 용역의 대가로 수수료를 받을 수 있다.

④ 부담금등납부대행기관의 운영과 수수료 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
