장애인ㆍ노인ㆍ임산부 등의 편의증진 보장에 관한 법률 제13조(설치의 지원)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 민간의 편의시설 설치 부담을 덜고 그 설치를 촉진하기 위하여 금융 지원과 기술 지원 등 필요한 조치를 마련하여야 한다.

② 법인이나 개인이 이 법에서 정하는 편의시설을 설치한 경우에는 시설의 설치 비용에 대하여 「조세특례제한법」, 「지방세특례제한법」 등 조세 관계 법령에서 정하는 바에 따라 조세를 감면한다.
