Act on Organ and Other Transplants, Article 6 (Obligations of the State and Local Governments)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 장기등의 이식이 필요한 모든 사람에게 이식받을 기회를 공평하게 보장하여야 하고, 장기등의 적출ㆍ이식이 적정하게 이루어지도록 하여야 한다.
