장기등 이식에 관한 법률 제38조(협조의무)

보건복지부장관 또는 국립장기이식관리기관의 장은 장기등을 안전하고 신속하게 적출ㆍ운반하거나 이식하기 위하여 필요한 조치를 관계 기관의 장에게 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계 기관의 장은 정당한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.
