장기등 이식에 관한 법률 제1조(목적)

이 법은 장기등의 기증에 관한 사항과 사람의 장기등을 다른 사람의 장기등의 기능회복을 위하여 적출(摘出)하고 이식(移植)하는 데에 필요한 사항을 규정하여 장기등의 적출 및 이식을 적정하게 하고 국민보건을 향상시키는 데에 이바지하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
