Act on the Promotion of Bicycle Use, Article 2 (Definitions)

나. 시속 25킬로미터 이상으로 움직일 경우 전동기가 작동하지 아니할 것

2. "자전거이용시설"이란 자전거도로, 자전거 주차장, 전기자전거 충전소와 그 밖에 자전거의 이용과 관련되는 시설로서 대통령령으로 정하는 것을 말한다.

3. "자전거이용시설의 정비"란 자전거이용시설의 개설ㆍ확장 및 포장(鋪裝)과 유지ㆍ관리를 말한다.

4. "도로관리청"이란 「도로법」에 따른 도로 관리청과 「농어촌도로 정비법」에 따라 농어촌도로의 정비를 담당하는 지방자치단체의 장, 제7조에 따른 자전거도로의 노선을 지정ㆍ고시한 지방자치단체의 장 및 중앙행정기관의 장을 말한다.
