자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 제67조(몰수ㆍ추징)

① 제56조의 경우에는 그 물품을 몰수한다.

(1) In인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 Article아터클 56, the^ð더 goods구즈 shall섈 be비 confiscated.칸^f퍼스케이티드

② 제57조의 경우에는 범인이 소유 또는 점유하는 그 물품을 몰수한다.

(2) In인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 Article아터클 57, the^ð더 goods구즈 owned온드 or오 possessed퍼제스트 by바이 the^ð디 offender어^f펜더 shall섈 be비 confiscated.칸^f퍼스케이티드

③ 제1항이나 제2항에 따라 몰수할 물품의 전부 또는 일부를 몰수할 수 없을 때에는 그 몰수할 수 없는 물품의 범칙 당시의 국내 도매가격에 상당하는 금액을 범인으로부터 추징한다.

④ 제68조제1항의 법인 또는 개인은 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정을 적용할 때에는 범인으로 본다.
