자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 제55조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 중앙행정기관의 장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 권한의 일부를 관리권자에게 위탁할 수 있다.

② 산업통상부장관 또는 주무부장관은 입주기업체가 도입하는 외자에 관하여 「외국인투자 촉진법」에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관리권자에게 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 관리권자는 이 법에 따른 권한 중 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 소속 기관의 장, 시ㆍ도지사, 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다)에게 위임하거나 관세청장 또는 그 소속 기관의 장이나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 법인에 위탁할 수 있다.
