자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 제38조(재고 기록 등)

① 입주기업체는 다음 각 호의 물품에 대하여 관세청장이 정하여 고시하는 바에 따라 그 품명, 규격, 수량, 가격, 보수작업의 내용 등 재고관리에 필요한 사항을 기록ㆍ관리하여야 한다. 다만, 관세청장이 정하여 고시하는 금액 이하의 물품 등 대통령령으로 정하는 물품에 대하여는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 입주기업체는 제1항 각 호에 따른 물품이 제29조제1항제2호에 따른 내국물품에 해당하는 경우에는 그 물품에 대한 재고관리에 필요한 사항을 다른 물품과 구분하여 기록ㆍ관리하여야 한다.

③ 입주기업체는 외국물품등을 멸실ㆍ분실한 경우 또는 폐기하려는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 세관장에게 신고하여야 한다.

④ 세관장은 제3항에 따른 신고를 받은 경우 그 내용을 검토하여 이 법에 적합하면 신고를 수리하여야 한다. <신설 2021.12.28>

⑤ 입주기업체는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 기록한 자료를 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 동안 보존하여야 한다. <개정 2021.12.28>

⑥ 입주기업체는 관세청장이 정하여 고시하는 기준에 따라 물품의 재고관리 체계를 갖춘 경우에는 제1항제1호 및 제2호의 물품을 분할하거나 병합하는 등의 방식으로 관리할 수 있다. <신설 2021.12.28>
