자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 제34조(역외작업)

① 입주기업체는 외국물품등(외국으로부터 직접 반출장소에 반입하려는 물품을 포함한다)을 가공 또는 보수하기 위하여 관세영역으로 반출하려는 경우에는 그 가공 또는 보수 작업(이하 "역외작업"이라 한다)의 범위, 반출기간, 대상물품, 반출장소를 정하여 세관장에게 신고하여야 한다. 다만, 제10조의2 단서에 따른 입주기업체는 역외작업을 할 수 없다. <개정 2021.6.15>

② 세관장은 제1항에 따른 신고가 이 법에 적합하게 이루어졌을 때에는 이를 지체 없이 수리하여야 한다.

③ 역외작업의 범위, 반출기간, 대상물품 등에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

④ 역외작업의 신고 수리에 관하여는 「관세법」 제187조제5항 및 제7항을 준용한다. 이 경우 「관세법」 제187조제5항 및 제7항 중 "허가"는 "신고 수리"로, "보세공장"은 "자유무역지역"으로, "운영인"은 "입주기업체"로 본다. <개정 2021.6.15>

⑤ 제4항에 따라 준용되는 「관세법」 제187조제7항에 따라 관세등을 징수하는 물품에 대한 과세물건 확정의 시기는 제2항에 따른 신고 수리가 있은 때로 한다. <개정 2021.6.15>
