입주기업체는 자유무역지역 안에 반입된 외국물품등을 물품의 수리(修理), 견본품의 전시, 시험검사 등의 목적으로 관세영역으로 일시 반출하려는 경우에는 반출 허용기간 등 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 세관장의 허가를 받아야 한다.
