자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 제27조(통제시설의 설치 등)

① 관리권자는 관세청장과 협의를 거쳐 자유무역지역에 통제시설을 설치하고, 그 운영시기를 공고하여야 한다.

② 관리권자는 통제시설을 유지ㆍ관리하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð디 administering애드미니스터^r링 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 shall섈 maintain메인테인 and앤드 manage매너지 the^ð더 control컨트^r로울 facilities.^f퍼실러티즈

③ 관세청장은 통제시설의 보수 또는 확충이 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 관리권자에게 통제시설의 보수 또는 확충을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 관리권자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다.

④ 관리권자는 자유무역지역을 출입하는 사람 및 자동차에 대한 기록을 산업통상부령으로 정하는 방법으로 관리하여야 하며, 세관장이 출입기록을 요청하는 경우 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다. <신설 2016.1.27, 2025.10.1>
