자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 제10조(입주 자격)

1. 수출을 주목적으로 하는 제조업종의 사업을 하려는 자로서 수출 비중 등이 대통령령으로 정하는 기준을 충족하는 자. 이 경우 「수출용 원재료에 대한 관세 등 환급에 관한 특례법」 제3조에 따른 수출용원재료의 공급을 주목적으로 하는 제조업종의 사업을 하려는 자로서 해당 공급을 수출로 보아 그 수출 비중 등이 대통령령으로 정하는 기준을 충족하는 자를 포함한다.

2. 제조업종 또는 지식서비스산업에 해당하는 업종(제4호부터 제6호까지의 규정에 해당하는 업종은 제외한다)의 사업을 하려는 외국인투자기업으로서 외국인투자비중 및 수출비중 등이 대통령령으로 정하는 기준을 충족하는 자. 다만, 국내 산업구조의 고도화와 국제경쟁력 강화를 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 업종에 해당하는 외국인투자기업에 대하여는 수출비중을 적용하지 아니한다.
