자연환경보전법 제60조(자연환경학습원)

①시ㆍ도지사나 「지방자치법」 제198조제1항에 따른 서울특별시ㆍ광역시 및 특별자치시를 제외한 인구 50만 이상 대도시(이하 이 조에서 "대도시"라 한다)의 장은 제5조에 따른 자연보호운동 활성화 및 국민들에 대한 자연환경보전 중요성의 인식증진 등을 위하여 시ㆍ도지사와 대도시의 장 소속으로 자연환경교육ㆍ연수ㆍ홍보 등의 기능을 수행하는 자연환경학습원을 둘 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26, 2025.3.25>

②자연환경학습원의 설치ㆍ운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다.
