자연환경보전법 제32조(자연환경조사원)

①환경부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 제30조의 자연환경조사 또는 제31조에 따른 정밀ㆍ보완조사와 그 밖의 자연환경에 대한 조사를 실시하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 조사기간중 자연환경조사원(이하 "조사원"이라 한다)을 둘 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26>

②제1항에 따른 조사원의 자격ㆍ위촉절차 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 환경부령 또는 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
