자연재해대책법 제47조(중앙합동조사단)

① 중앙대책본부장은 필요하다고 인정하면 관계 중앙행정기관과 합동으로 중앙합동조사단(이하 "조사단"이라 한다)을 편성하여 자연재해 상황에 관한 조사를 하고, 제46조제2항에 따른 재해복구계획을 수립ㆍ확정하여야 한다. <개정 2012.2.22, 2013.8.6, 2017.3.21>

② 중앙대책본부장은 조사단의 편성을 위하여 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 소속 공무원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.8.6>

③ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 제2항에 따라 소속 공무원의 파견 요청을 받으면 제48조제2항에 따른 교육을 이수한 사람을 우선적으로 선발하여 파견하여야 한다.

④ 조사단의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 세부 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
