자연재해대책법 제25조의2(해일 피해 경감을 위한 조사ㆍ연구)

① 행정안전부장관, 지방자치단체의 장 및 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 해일로 인한 피해를 줄이기 위하여 필요한 조사 및 연구를 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2016.1.27, 2017.7.26>

② 행정안전부장관, 지방자치단체의 장 및 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 해일 피해 경감을 위한 조사ㆍ연구를 위하여 해일 관련 자료를 소장하고 있는 관계 기관의 장이나 기상관측 연구기관의 장에게 협조를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 관계 기관의 장 및 기상관측 연구기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2016.1.27, 2017.7.26>
